যেকোনো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অথবা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে হিসাববিজ্ঞান বিষয়ে স্নাতকোত্তর পাস প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। পূর্ববর্তী কোনো কর্মক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম তিন বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। প্রার্থীর মাইক্রোসফট অফিসে দক্ষতা প্রয়োজন। তবে পদটিতে যেকোনো বয়সের প্রার্থীরাই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
