যেকোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় বা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে বিবিএ পা্স প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে এক থেকে চার বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। প্রার্থীর কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান থাকা প্রয়োজন। আবেদনকারী প্রার্থীদের বয়স অনূর্ধ্ব ২২ থেকে ৩০ বছর হবে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীকে ঢাকায় (গুলশান) নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
